A $125 cast-iron skillet and the only thing I've been able to cook in it is tofu....but it is damn good tofu.

So I think I might have mentioned that my grandmother recently passed, right? Well, today some movers arrived with a bunch of boxes full of stuff my grandma left me, among which are a TON of very nice, old Le Creuset cast-iron pieces of cookware. It looks like that's the brand of skillet you purchased, judging from the picture you posted. Holy cow, this stuff is incredibly expensive if you were to buy it new. I have no idea what I'm even going to do with it all.
